CUPE LOCAL 3260, PEI Educational Assistants and Youth Service Workers
CUPE Local 3260 Educational Assistants and Youth Service Workers have established this Bursary Fund
Terms of the Bursary:
- The value of the bursary will be a maximum of $500.
- The selection is to be made by the Local 3260 Bursary Committee by a random draw to be held at the Annual Business Day.
- Individuals can apply yearly, however bursaries will be awarded to a successful applicant “only once.”
Qualifications of the Recipient:
- Any candidate must be a member in a Permanent position and be in good standing of Local 3260.
- Or, a candidate must be the spouse, daughter or son (adopted or natural, stepchildren residing with you, or legal guardian of that child)
- Any candidate must be enrolled in an academic or vocational education program (anywhere and not limited to PEI institutions)
- The candidate must provide Proof of Enrollment from a recognized academic or vocational university or college.
- Proof of Enrollment must be submitted to your Bursary Committee member by the SEPTEMBER 30th DEADLINE.
- Application forms must be submitted to your Bursary Committee member by the APRIL 15th DEADLINE.
